Excellent transportation connections for easy city exploration.

The room lacked basic amenities, specifically a fridge. I couldn't connect to the WiFi during my entire stay, unacceptable for my work commitments. The breakfast situation was a total disaster. The staff was nonexistent when I needed assistance, and I couldn't even grab a bite before checking out.

Very comfortable building, excellent location really close to center with tram number 9, the Troja Palace, and tram station. Beautifully maintained rooms with a queen bed for hotel guests.

King room was neat and modern with a comfy bed. Greatly enjoyed being next to a tram station.

The tram stop right outside made exploring the city easy. Street noise at night was quite disruptive.

Hallways are echoey, which can disrupt quiet moments. Breakfast offerings might not appeal to those preferring savory options, leaning more toward sweet pastries.

The room was spacious and comfortable, nice for a relaxing stay after a long day of exploring the city.

Unfortunately, the noise from the tram outside made it difficult to sleep at times, especially during the night.

Chur, the room was comfy, but the street noise from the trams was a real pain at night. Breakfast was a solid spread, though heaps simple.

Hotel is close to the city and the trams stop right opposite to the hotel. There is a park just behind the hotel. There are many options to eat around the hotel. The rooms are large and the breakfast is decent.

The location is bit noisy since the hotel on a main road. We book 3 rooms and one room was smelly. Breakfast could be better.

Pick up tram tickets at the hotel for convenience and explore nearby local dining options that the staff can recommend for an authentic experience.

Great breakfast, very helpful staff and clean room. Very good value for the money. As well tram is right outside the hotel.
